Turnaround time varies depending on current commissions. At this time, most pieces are completed within 10 business days after we receive your artwork. We’ll confirm an estimated completion date once your order and materials are received.

Yes! If you’re in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area, personal pickup and delivery may be available for a fee. We’ll coordinate details after your order is confirmed.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive the shipping address (our studio is based in Minnesota) and simple packaging instructions.

We suggest using the smallest box or padded envelope that fits the artwork snugly. There’s no need to worry about small creases or folds — these won’t impact the final piece. For safety, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to begin your collage. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or delivery of your completed piece.
